A28 closed by two-vehicle crash from Bull Lane, Bethersden, to Standard Lane

A two-vehicle collision closed the A28 at Bethersden on this morning.
Traffic going into and out of Tenterden was held up by the accident near the junction with Bull Lane. No one was injured.
The road was closed in both directions between Bull Lane and Standard Lane for over an hour-and-a-half.
A police spokesman said: “There was a collision involving two vehicles close to the junction with Bull Lane.
“The collision was reported to police at 8.25am and there were no reported injuries.
“Officers and Kent Highway Services attended and the road was clear shortly after 10am.”
