Motorists have reported long delays on their journeys to work, all because of a removals van blocking a main road.
The van was holding up the traffic in Hythe Road in Ashford, causing people delays of half an hour.
It affected school children trying to get to school, buses, and people trying to get to work, as there was gridlock.
Reporter Sean Axtell was among those delayed, and said it was not the first time it has happened along Hythe Road.
He said: “People were beeping and shaking their fists, but they carried on quite nonchalantly. About a fortnight ago exactly the same thing happened at the same place, during the snow.
“Why they choose to do this at rush hour is beyond me, it escapes all logic. It caused a lot of anger and tempers were frayed as people were late for work or school.
“At first I thought I was being held up by a crash or something serious. I hoped nobody was hurt. But to eventually be confronted by that was just ridiculous.”
