Ashford: Police descend on Newenden Close, Stanhope

Police and an air ambulance were called to a housing estate after reports of a "medical incident".
Paramedics were called shortly after 8.40am to Newenden Close in the Stanhope area of Ashford.
It is believed police and the air ambulance have also been called and residents reported that four homes were closed off.
There were reports of armed officers in the area but that is now not believed to be true.
Police spokesman Scarlet Jones said: "Police are attending a private address in Newenden Close, Ashford, to assist the ambulance service with a medical incident."
