Drug arrests after shooting at Little Chart near Ashford

Police have arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of drug dealing following an incident where a man was shot at a rural property.
Officers were called to the home in Little Chart Road near Ashford at 11.40pm on Friday, October 21 after man in his 40s was believed to have been shot and injured.
The man suffered a non-life-threatening injury, and was taken to hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
Detectives are trying to track down five people who had attended the property prior to the incident, and say the weapon involved was a shotgun.
On Sunday police confirmed they had arrested a 40-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug.
