A teenage boy was hit by a Ford Fiesta at a pedestrian crossing on a ring road.
Police were called to the junction with Somerset Road and North Street in Ashford.
Two police cars and two ambulances were called at about 12.20pm.
It is not known how old the boy was, but a police spokesman said he was of secondary school age.
He was taken to the William Harvey Hospital with a leg injury.
Last month, a woman was taken to hospital after being hit by a car at the junction - weeks after a man was hurt at the same spot.
