Witnesses are being sought after a group of teenagers was assaulted by a man on a bus who objected to them playing music.
Two 13-year-old boys were hurt in the attack on the top deck of a double-decker bus in Ashford.
The group was confronted by a man on the Stagecoach service from the town centre to Tesco, in Willesborough.
He is said to have complained about the music they were playing before grabbing one of the boys and pushing him, which caused his head to hit a handle. A second boy was also assaulted.
Now officers are appealing for witnesses to the attack, between 2pm and 2.30pm.
The man is described as white, aged 55 to 60 and was wearing a beige or light brown coat, blue jeans and brown shoes.
Police particularly want to hear from a man who was a passenger on the bus and might have spoken to the suspect.
