Southeastern has apologised for delays and cancellations this week in the form of coffee vouchers - but some commuters aren't impressed.
The gift cards to spend in Costa Coffee were handed out to passengers on Friday.
The message said: "We're sorry if your journeys over the last week have been disrupted.
"Signalling problems, slippery and poor rail conditions have caused delays across our network.
"We know that delays are frustrating, and as a thank you for your patience we'd like to offer you a free coffee."
But some passengers aren't convinced by the apology, and have taken to social media to express the problems they've experienced with the services recently.
But others were over the moon to receive the free hot drink vouchers.
The voucher apology comes just days after passengers voiced their frustrations about delayed and cancelled High Speed services between London St Pancras and Kent, contributing to overcrowding on the trains.
Southeastern have been contacted for comment.
