Cyclist suffers serious injuries in Kingsnorth car crash near Ashford

A cyclist has been taken to hospital with serious injuries following a crash involving a car.
The bike rider was travelling along Long Length in Kingsnorth, Ashford, toward Chilmington Green Road, shortly before 4pm on Monday, September 16.
He then collided with a blue Honda car which was going in the same direction between the Coulter Road roundabout and Chilmington Green Road.
The cyclist sustained serious injuries and was taken to the William Harvey Hospital for treatment.
His injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.
Officers attended and spoke to all parties at the scene.
