A motorcyclist has gone to hospital for treatment following a crash with a car in Ashford this afternoon.

Police were called to the collision in Chart Road, Ashford, at 4.44pm today.

The collision occurred near the Hilton Road junction and there are queues in both directions.

Recovery for both vehicles has been arranged.

KCC Highways warned on Twitter to approach with caution and expect delays.

Stagecoach Bus company reported delays to their services.
