Arrest after 'drink drive' crash in Hythe Road in Ashford

A suspected drink driver is in custody after fleeing a two-car crash.
Police arrested the 34-year-old - who was four times over the alcohol limit - in Ashford last night.
The crash happened in Hythe Road at about 9pm.
A police spokesman said: "Shortly after the collision officers located a man who is believed to have been driving the car and he was arrested."
