Fire at Dungeness Power station A

Fire crews have safely extinguished a fire at the decommissioned Dungeness Power Station A.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service were called to the nuclear power station at 11.19 am this morning to reports of a fire in one of the unused buildings which is currently being set to be demolished.
The fire has now been safely put out and nobody was injured.
A spokeswoman for the fire service said: " Two fire engines were called to the power station at 11.19 am to reports of a small fire.
"The fire was in a derelict building that is being set to be demolished.
"All the demolition staff have been accounted for and the only damage was smoke logging."
