Fire crews called to Kingsland Lane in Westwell near Ashford

Fire crews are battling a field on fire after smoke was seen rising by residents.
The fire is believed to be in Kingsland Lane, on the way out towards Westwell near Ashford. Helen Conway has reported seeing two fire engines at the scene.
She added that a farmer has ploughed a strip around the fire in order to control it.
