Fire victim taken to hospital in Ashford

A man was taken to hospital overnight following a fire in a block of flats in Ashford.
Firefighters were called to the blaze in Hackfield at around 11pm last night.
Half of the building, containing six flats, was severely damaged by fire.
It is reported the fire started on the first floor.
