Firefighters were called to a block of flats in Folkestone last night after bins were set alight in another suspected deliberate attack.
Crews attended the scene at 9.30pm after reports of a wheely bin on fire at the Princes Gate flats in Bayle Street.
Kent Fire and Rescue Service confirmed two crews put the fire out at 9.42pm and believe the fire was started deliberately.
It is the fifth such incident in a spate of attacks at the flats which police are investigating.
