Two lanes of the M20 near Ashford have been shut due to flooding.
Traffic is building up on the motorway as heavy rain causes issues on the county's roads.
Standing water has been reported between Junction 10 and Junction 9 for Ashford, forcing two lanes to be shut.
Motorists are being warned to proceed with caution and expect delays on the approach to the affected area on the London-bound carriageway.
The slow and middle lanes are affected by the flooding. It is not known when delays will ease.
The affected area is on the lead-up to the Operation Brock contraflow system, which affects the London-bound carriageway between Junction 9 and Junction 8 for Maidstone.
Last night, the same carriageway was closed near Junction 4 for New Hythe following a fatal crash.
The stretch of motorway was shut for more than 12 hours after a lorry, Peugeot and Audi collided.
