Four cars collided on the M20 last night between junctions 8 and 9

Emergency services attended a four-car pile-up on the M20 last night that left several people needing hospital treatment.
Police were called to the London-bound carriageway between junctions 8 and 9 at around 11.40pm.
It is reported that four cars, including a Nissan X Trail, an Alfa Romeo, a Ford Focus and a Ford Modeo, collided while travelling along the motorway.
Fire crews from Ashford and ambulance also attended the scene and several people were taken to the William Harvey Hospital for back and neck injuries.
It is not believed that anyone suffered any serious injuries.
The road was closed after the incident and re-opened at 2.20am
