Four charged over burglary at Currys PC World in Norman Road, Ashford

Four men have been charged after an electrical store was burgled of laptops.

A number of items were stolen from Curry's PC World store on Norman Road, Ashford early on Thursday morning.

Four were charged with the offence, namely Vervelis Stanci, 22, Ion Mihai, 26, Marcel Agantin, 18, Florin Radu, 18 - all of no fixed address.

Being remanded in custody, a hearing at Medway Magistrates' Court on Saturday decided they should continue to remain in custody until January 13, when they'll appear at Canterbury Crown Court.

A further eight men, aged between 20 and 56, were also arrested in connection with the offence and an additional burglary at an electrical store in Otford Road, Sevenoaks, committed during the early hours of December 10.

All of these men have been bailed, pending further enquiries, until early January.
