11:29, 14 February 2018
The former Nationwide branch in Ashford town centre will be sold at auction next week.
The Grade II-listed building, in the High Street, has a reserve below £350,000.
A basement, attic and first floor offices are also offered with the building.
It will be sold by the London-based Barnett Ross Property Auctioneers next Tuesday.
Nationwide moved into Clarks at the entrance to County Square last autumn.
