A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a French lorry driver suspected of causing a multi-vehicle crash on the M20.
Jeremy Didisse, 42, faces two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving following the serious crash in February.
Didisse was due to appear at Folkestone Magistrates' Court last month but failed to show up and a warrant was issued.
Two people - including a woman with head, chest and arm injuries - were rushed to hospital following the accident, but both have since been released.
The pair were in separate cars and had to be cut free by fire crews, who attended the scene with police, paramedics and the air ambulance.
The accident happened just before the junction 10 sliproad on the coastbound stretch on Wednesday, February 21.
