A record-breaking number of people took to the streets for this year's Pyjama Walk.
More than 1,200 adults and children signed up for the night-time stroll on Saturday in aid of Pilgrims Hospices.
Entertained was provided by the Ashford Sings! choir and the Pelo Mar, Whitstable’s Community Samba Band, at the Ashford Designer Outlet, in Kimberley Way, before the hike kicked off at 10pm.
The pyjama-clad walkers passed Victoria Park, the town centre, Lidl, Drover’s roundabout, Waitrose and Matalan, before heading back to the Outlet via Brookfield Road and Beaver Lane.
Pilgrims fundraising manager Nigel Donkin said: "It was our biggest event yet!"
Full report and picture special will be published in this Thursday's Kentish Express.
