Ashford: French lorry driver Jeremy Didisse charged with dangerous driving after M20 crash

A French lorry driver has been charged with two counts of causing serious injury by dangerous driving following a multi-vehicle crash on the M20.

Jeremy Didisse, 42, was arrested by police following the accident just before the junction 10 sliproad on the coastbound stretch yesterday morning.

A woman was airlifted to a London hospital with head, chest and arm injuries following the crash, but her condition is not believed to be life-threatening.

A man was taken to the William Harvey Hospital by road after he was also injured.

Both remain in a serious but stable condition.

The pair were in seperate cars and had to be cut free by fire crews, who attended the scene with police, paramedics and the air ambulance.

Didisse has been released on bail to appear at Folkestone Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, March 14.
