The 29-year-old is serving a sentence at Wakefield Prison.

Fitzgerald will appear via video link at Beverley Magistrates' Court on Wednesday, February 5.

Huckle abused children ranging in age from three months to 12-years-old over a 10-year period.

Using guises including that of a teacher, photographer, and devout Christian, the former Harvey Grammar School pupil integrated himself in rural Thai communities.

In June 2016, he was handed 22 life sentences with a minimum stint of 25 years before being able to apply for parole.

The 33-year-old, who regularly attended the Ashford Baptist Church on Station Road, has often been described as one of the worst paedophiles in British history despite being arrested at the age of 28.

Filming child rape and sexual assault were amongst his crimes, and he sold videos for bitcoin on the dark web via website called True Love Zone.
