A teenager was left very distressed after a pervert reportedly pulled up beside her and committed a sex act on himself in the driver's seat
The 15-year-old girl says she was approached as she entered Sir Henry Brackenbury Road, in Ashford.
As she was walking along Chart Road towards Repton Park, a man in a blue or black mini pulled up alongside her.
A police spokesman said: "It is reported the man committed an inappropriate act whilst sitting in the driver’s seat. The man drove off when a member of the public came over to see why the girl was distressed."
Officers are investigating a report of outraging public decency and are now appealing for information.
The man is described as white, 35 to 45 years old, of heavy build with shaved dark brown hair and was wearing a brown t-shirt.
The Mini is said to have a white stripe on the bonnet.
The incident happened between 8pm and 8.30pm on Sunday, October 16.
