Police say the death of a man whose body was found on Hothfield Common near Ashford is not being treated as suspicious.

Part of the common was cordoned off on Sunday after the discovery. Police had been called at about 12.45pm.

Police have only just released details of the death.

A spokesman said the man was in his 50s, and his death is not being treated as suspicious.
