A man has been cut free from a Land Rover that overturned on the M20 this afternoon.
The vehicle flipped on the London-bound carriageway near the Roundhill Tunnel close to Folkestone at about 12.50pm.
Police said the road was shut in both directions while an air ambulance landed.
The road re-opened after about an hour, but one lane remained coned off for investigation work - leading to delays for motorists.
A Kent Police spokesman said one person with neck injuries had been trapped in the Land Rover Discovery.
Three other men, who were passengers, were described as having minor injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the crash is asked to phone Kent Police on 101.
