Friends and family members of a man who went missing for two weeks have expressed their thanks after he was found.
Gary MacKenzie, 57, was reported missing by friends last week, and hadn't been in contact with his family since Easter.
There were growing fears for his safety, as he is currently unwell. It prompted a police appeal and an appeal by friends including Steven Rose to find him.
Over the weekend Mr Rose said his friend had been found safe and well. He said: "As far as I'm aware Gary is ok. I'm so relieved.
"I want to thank the police, the public and the KM for everyone's efforts. I'm just so happy he's been found."
