A police spokesman said: "A road closure is currently in place on the westbound carriageway of the A2070 Bad Munstereifel Road near the Hamstreet turn-off following a collision involving two cars and a van.
"Police officers are currently at the scene with colleagues from the fire and ambulance services.
"No serious injuries have been reported but one man is being cut from his car.
"Motorists are advised to expect delays."
