A driver has been arrested after reportedly being caught smoking cannabis and vaping at the same time.
The multitasking motorist was spotted at a roundabout in Ashford.
Unfortunately, they failed to realise the car they had pulled up alongside was an unmarked police car.
One of the police officers in the car was quick to spot the driver had a vape in their hand – which is not a crime in itself provided it does not interfere with safe driving.
However, in the other hand they were seen holding a lit cannabis joint.
After being pulled over, the driver took a roadside swab test – which subsequently showed positive for cannabis.
A spokesman for Kent's Road Policing Unit described the incident as one of "the joys of patrolling in an unmarked car".
In a post on twitter, he said: "DDriver pulls up next to us at a roundabout in #Ashford with a vape on the go in one hand & smoking a cannabis joint in the other.
"Vehicle stopped and driver arrested. #MultiTaskingBadly."
