A woman has been left baffled after a mystery device landed in her garden via parachute.
Sue May, of Meadow Road, said she discovered the white box near her hedge this morning.
She said the device had a red parachute attached to it and what looked like a tracking device.
Several readers have contacted us to say they believe this is a weather balloon tracking device designed to measure wind speed and other factors.
Justin Wilkinson said: "It's official name is a radiosonde."
