A gardening firm is promising to go a cut above in order to help out NHS staff during the coronavirus pandemic.
Eco Grounds Care, from Hothfield near Ashford, is offering free grass-cutting services to those on the frontline who might otherwise not have the time.
In a Facebook post alongside pictures of their work, the team of Danny Smith and Terry Penfold wrote: "We understand the importance of our NHS and in these troubled times our NHS is rushed of its feet with many workers working crazy hours so we are offering a free grass cut to all NHS workers."
Speaking to KentOnline, Mr Smith said: "I want to do as many NHS staff lawns as possible.
"I understand the strain they have with the current circumstances and their garden would be the last thing on their mind - so I'm doing my bit so the NHS staff, when they have time off, have somewhere to relax without the worries."
To trim non-essential contact, the company is currently asking potential clients to send pictures of their lawns for a free quote.
Other work Eco Grounds Care does includes tree pruning, gutter cleaning and weed spraying.
The green-fingered guys are happy to come out to any gardens in the Ashford, Folkestone, Canterbury, and Romney Marsh areas.
If you are eligible for a free mow, or are interested in hiring the service, you can message the firm on Facebook.
