A Wetherspoon pub is to shut its kitchen for more than a week - but will still be serving drinks.
The County Hotel in Ashford will not be offering food from 6pm today until Monday, November 25 at 10am.
A sign at the Lower High Street site reads: “Due to essential maintenance works our kitchen will be closed.
“No food will be available for this whole period. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.”
Elsewhere in the county, the UK’s largest Wetherspoon pub is about to get even bigger after bosses announced a £750,000 expansion.
The Royal Victoria Pavilion in Ramsgate already has a capacity for 1,400 people, but now the mezzanine level is being extended.
It will soon encompass the whole top area of the pub.
The building is currently closed for the refurbishment project and set to reopen on December 7.
