Two suspected shoplifters who targeted designer stores at a popular shopping centre were arrested within 10 minutes of police being called.
Officers were called to the Ashford Designer Outlet following a report Gucci sunglasses worth about £300 had been stolen from Sunglass Hut.
Clothing allegedly swiped from the Hugo Boss and Nike outlets - worth a total of about £600 - was also seized by officers.
The force says it was called to Ashford Designer Outlet shortly before 2pm on Sunday.
A spokesman for the force said: "Two men fitting the description of the suspects were located in a nearby car park and arrested on suspicion of theft.
"Clothing allegedly stolen from the Hugo Boss and Nike outlets worth a total of around £600 was also seized by the attending officers."
The arrested men, both in their 20s and from the Canterbury area, have both since been released on bail pending further inquiries.
