Crash at Hythe Road, Ashford

A road has been reopened after a crash which left three people needing hospital treatment.
Police, the fire brigade, and the ambulance service attended the scene near The Windmill pub in Hythe Road in Ashford shortly after 2pm.
The crash is believed to have involved two cars near the junction with Albermarle Road and Sprotlands Avenue.
The ambulance service reported that one woman suffered minor injuries to her abdomen and hip and was taken to the William Harvey Hospital.
Meanwhile police say two others were also taken to hospital, with injuries believed to be minor.
