Knife threats at Ashford High Street takeaway

Police have appealed for witnesses after a teenage boy allegedly threatened a takeaway worker with a knife.
Officers were called to the “disturbance” in Ashford High Street between 7.20pm and 7.40pm on Saturday, July 19.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested in connection with the incident after allegedly threatening the worker while brandishing a knife.
PC William Dixon said: “We thank the witnesses who have already come forward, but we understand that the restaurant was busy that evening, and would to anyone else who has information about it to come forward.”
The 15-year-old boy was released, pending further enquiries.
