Christmas shoppers and motorists faced delays after a three-car crash near the entrance of a supermarket and business park.

Police were called to Simone Weil Avenue in Ashford after the crash took place shortly before 3pm on Thursday, December 22.

KCC Highways had reported that one lane was blocked on the carriageway heading towards Drovers Roundabout outside the Sainsbury’s supermarket, but the incident had cleared by 4.15pm.

No one is believed to have been hurt in the crash.
