A farmer has appealed for help to find two missing pygmy goats which were stolen on Thursday night.

Hilary Breakell said two of her male herd of the goats went missing from the farm in the village of Bethersden and hopes the distinctive animals can be found.

The goats are just 14 inches tall and had only just been weaned off suckling from their mothers.

They are not a commercial breed, and are more popular as pets. Hilary said she has alerted local pet buying groups, Facebook, and advertised for information around the village.

Police are investigating the incident. Anyone who finds the goats or has any information is asked to call 101 and quote reference number ZY 16384-16.
