Police have seized dozens of cannabis plants after a raid on a house being used as a suspected cannabis factory.
Officers were called to the property in Canterbury Road in the Kennington area of Ashford in the early hours of Friday, August 11.
They found 78 plants growing, and it is believed the owners had tapped into the electricity supply illegally as electrics had been tampered with.
Investigating officer Det Insp Richard Palmer said: “We aim to disrupt any sort of illegal drugs activities as we know how detrimental it can be to a community.
“We ask residents to keep their eyes and ears open and report anything suspicious to us. Information which might seem small, could prove useful to our officers.”
Police say no arrests have yet been made.
