Police re-issue image appeal for reported assualt in Ashford

Officers investigating an assault in Ashford have re-issued an image of a man who may be able to help with their enquiries.
Just after midnight on the morning of Monday, March 6, a man was reportedly assaulted outside a pub in Tufton Street.
The 43-year-old suffered injuries to his face during an altercation with a group of men in a dispute over a taxi.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
Two Ashford men aged 21 and 22 were arrested and released without charge.
A 19-year-old man who was also arrested has been cautioned for common assault in connection with the incident.
He was expected back in bail today (Wednesday, April 27) to return to the police station pending further enquiries.
