Police check Ashford cash machines after 'skimmer' found at Santander

The police were called to the town centre after suspicious equipment was found on a cash machine.
Officers went to Santander in High Street, Ashford, after a member of the public reported a suspected 'skimmer' - a device used to steal card details - at 9.45am today.
The equipment was seized and will be investigated.
Police officers checked all of the cash machines at banks in the town centre but no others appeared to have been tampered with.
