Train services between Ashford International and Hastings delayed or cancelled by fallen tree

Train services have resumed after a fallen tree blocked the line.
Services between Ashford International and Hastings were delayed or cancelled for at least two hours because of the obstruction.
It happened at around 10am and the line did not reopened until 12pm.
Passengers were allowed to use Southern tickets on Southeastern services from Ashford International and Hastings towards London.
Rail replacement buses were also operating between both towns.
