A woman was taken to hospital after two cars collided in icy conditions near a town centre.
A black Peugeot 108 and electric-powered Volkswagen ID.5 suffered front-end damage in Hardinge Road in Ashford.
Police and ambulance crews were called to the scene at 6.30am, along with an Ashford Recovery truck.
Drivers were unable to access the road from A28 Canterbury Road as officers blocked the junction.
Police left the scene just after 8am and the woman was taken to the William Harvey Hospital.
A yellow weather warning for ice was issued by the Met Office and remained in place until 11am.
People were told to take care as lying snow and icy patches led to difficult travel conditions.
