Sex attack on Ashford footpath

A woman walking her dog has been sexually assaulted.
The attack is reported to have happened yesterday (Aug 2) afternoon
along a footpath in Ashford.
The 23-year was assaulted by a man on the path by Singleton Lake.
Officers and a police dog attended and carried out local enquiries.
They are expected to be in the area again this afternoon (Aug 3) to
carry out further enquiries.
Police are now appealing for information and particularly want to hear
from anyone who was in the area between noon and 6pm yesterday.
They are also looking for a man described ast 6ft 2in, with a large
frame, no hair, and in his late 30s. He is described as white but with
a tan and was wearing a dark jumper and jogging bottoms.
