Spinal injuries after crash

A WOMAN is in hospital with neck and back injuries after a crash in Bethersden yesterday.
The accident, which involved two vehicles, happened in Pluckley Road at 1.50pm on Saturday afternoon.
Two fire engines were called to the scene and firefighters used stabilisation blocks and hydraulic cutting equipment to free a female driver.
The woman was taken to William Harvey Hospital suffering from suspected neck and back injuries.
