A student had to be taken to hospital following a dramatic four-car collision earlier today.
One of the vehicles involved in the crash, which took place at 8.15am on Tenterden Road near Rolvenden, was a minibus used to ferry students to Homewood School.
Sally Lees, the principal at Homewood School, said: “Some of our students were on a bus involved in a crash in Rolvenden this morning.
"There were no serious injuries, but one student has been taken to hospital to be checked over. We have been in contact with the families of the students involved and are offering support.”
Ten emergency service vehicles attended the scene, with one woman being trapped in her car.
She was later taken to a London hospital by the air ambulance.
