A supercar has been banned from the road until its windows are made easier to see through.
Police pulled over a Lamborghini in The Pasture, Kennington, after it was spotted without a front number plate.
Officers then discovered the tinted windows only let in 17% of natural daylight.
They stopped the car yesterday.
A police spokeswoman said: "The car’s tinted windows were tested with a calibrated device that showed only 17% of natural daylight was being let into the vehicle.
"This should be a minimum of 70% in the windscreen and front two windows.
"The driver was issued with a traffic offence report and as such faces a fine.
"Furthermore the driver is not permitted to use the vehicle on the road until the defects are fixed."
The fines levelled against the motorist were £100 for the lack of a front number plate and £50 for each window.
