Ashford: Teen charged with stealing a Jaguar X-Type in Arcon Road

A teenager has appeared in court accused of stealing a Jaguar and possessing a knife.
Cameron McLachlan, 19, is charged with stealing the luxurious X-Type from Arcon Road in Ashford on Friday.
The Eastry Close resident has also been charged with possessing a knife in public and driving with no insurance on Saturday.
He is also accused of aggravated vehicle taking on Thursday, May 10.
McLachlan appeared before Medway magistrates today and was remanded to appear at Margate Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, June 26.
