Around £10,000 worth of bikes and tools were stolen from a garage after a suspected burglary in Singleton.
Thieves made off with two valuable bikes, a drill and two grinders after breaking into the house in Marmion Way last Saturday between midnight and 11.30am.
A 2014/15 ‘Santa Cruz Nomad C’ bike and a specialised ‘Camber Evo UK Edition’ cycle – one of only 20 ever made – were nicked from the garage.
Police are investigating burglary and released images of the valuable property in a bid to return them with their owner.
