Three in hospital after two crashes on A28 Ashford Road near High Halden

Three people are in hospital after two crashes on the same road this morning.
The first happened at 7.15am on the A28 Ashford Road near High Halden, when a car hit a tree.
Police attended as well as an ambulance, which took a person to hospital.
A police spokesman added: "While attending the scene, officers became aware of a second collision between a car and a van nearby at about 7.35am.
"The second collision, which happened on the same road, resulted in two further people being taken to a local hospital."
The injuries are not believed to be serious.
