AN 18-month-old toddler has died after being been run over by an ice cream van. The little girl, who has not yet been named, was struck by the vehicle at about 5.30pm on Friday in The Limes, Ashford.

She was taken to Ashford's William Harvey Hospital, accompanied by her parents, but later died from her injuries.
