A shirtless 'drunk' was escorted out of a town centre supermarket after allegedly abusing other customers and staff.
Police were called to the Iceland store in Ashford High Street shortly before 5.30pm yesterday, where a crowd of onlookers had gathered.
Witnesses said they saw the man, who was clad in jeans which exposed his underwear, shouting and scuffling with security guards.
Customers were asked to leave the store via the rear entrance into Park Street while the incident was dealt with.
Police say they arrested a 22-year-old man on suspicion of being drunk and disorderly. He remains in custody.
